Estate Planning Attorney

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated estate planning attorney to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for helping clients navigate the complexities of estate planning.

The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school and at least three years of prior experience in estate planning. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

We offer a competitive salary range of $77,000 - $92,500 per year, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Job:

This is a hybrid remote/in-person position that requires regular presence for client meetings in our offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to discuss their estate planning needs and provide advice on available options.">
  • Prepare and review estate planning documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.">
  • Continually learn new developments and refine your skills in modern estate planning strategies and tactics.">
  • Work collaboratively with the team to improve processes and procedures.">
  • Liaise with clients to ensure they understand their estate plans and are able to implement them effectively.">

Qualifications:

  • ">
  • A JD from an accredited law school and current license to practice law in Alabama.">
  • At least three years of prior experience in estate planning or a related field.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.">
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.">
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.">
