Job Summary

The U.S. Marketing & Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and marketing support to ensure efficient company operations.

This role involves handling incoming calls, assisting clients and agents, managing schedules, coordinating appointments, creating online advertisements, designing flyers and marketing materials, maintaining the company website and social media pages, assisting with digital marketing campaigns and advertising strategies, organizing performance metrics, and providing general administrative support including document preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls and assist clients and agents.
  • Manage agents' schedules and coordinate appointments.
  • Create advertisements for properties on online platforms.
  • Design flyers and marketing materials for mail-outs.
  • Maintain the company website and social media pages.
  • Assist with digital marketing campaigns and advertising strategies.
  • Organize marketing performance metrics.
  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation.
Requirements
  • MBA in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media management tools, and online advertising platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience in digital marketing or administrative support.
  • 100% Fluency in English for daily communication.
  • Familiarity with real estate administration (preferred).
