We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to expand our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for B2B sales within the plastics or masterbatch industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify potential clients in plastics-related industries and engage with them through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service.
- Present tailored masterbatch solutions, negotiate contracts, and close profitable deals that meet client needs and expectations.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to shape effective sales strategies that drive business growth and success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and technical departments, to deliver customized solutions such as color matching and performance additives.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track activities, and report using CRM tools to optimize sales performance and achieve targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to establish thought leadership and build brand awareness.
- Strong B2B sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals, with a proven track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of plastics manufacturing, polymer processing, and masterbatch applications, with a focus on delivering value-added solutions.
- Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field, with a strong academic record and relevant coursework.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B/institutional sales experience, preferably in plastics, chemicals, or masterbatch sector, with a proven sales track record and achievements.
