Sales Professional - Drive Business Growth
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation and sales execution. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Generating leads through various channels and converting them into sales.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Determining pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Delivering engaging sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs to maximize results.
- Understanding and promoting company initiatives and values.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Maintaining accurate client records.
- Providing excellent customer service by answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English Language.
- Experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Thorough understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Proficiency in using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
