Junior Psychologist Job Description

Riphah International University is seeking a dedicated and skilled Junior Psychologist to support our mental health services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational foundation in Applied or Clinical Psychology and demonstrate expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their psychological needs and treatment goals.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans based on CBT principles, taking into account each client's unique situation.
  • Regularly monitor clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to express themselves.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients, providing referrals as needed.
  • Stay current with advancements in psychological practices and research, continuously improving therapeutic techniques and approaches.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the psychological field.
  • Participate in community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness and services offered by Riphah International University.

The Junior Psychologist will work closely with experienced psychologists to enhance learning experiences and grow professionally within our supportive environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
