We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Qlik Sense Specialist.
In this role, you will:
- Lead a team and guide them on critical matters.
- Be aware of service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs).
- Manage software releases and disaster recovery drills.
- Effectively utilize Confluence and JIRA Boards.
You will be responsible for planning and maintaining upgrades, patches, and hot fixes for Qlik Sense. Additionally, you will configure and administer Qlik Sense sites using Qlik Management Console (QMC), defining and activating tagging and logging rules.
Publish, reload, duplicate, import, or delete Qlik apps, manage tasks and triggers for Qlik sites. Control access, tokens, and permissions for users, and manage content security based on security rules.
Manage data connections and extensions to load data, and synchronize content and users of Qlik sites. Troubleshoot issues related to access, data visualizations, display issues, streams, and performance.
Install and configure development, testing, UAT, and production environments on various platforms. Have knowledge of LDAP authentication methods, implement SSL within Qlik, create user groups and roles for security management, and manage access rights for reports.
Monitor the Qlik environment and check the usage and performance of reports and other resources.
