About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team at Communication Square LLC. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and a deep understanding of Microsoft Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Qualification:
    • Diligently research and identify new business opportunities through proactive cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events tailored to the US market.
    • Evaluate leads by assessing business needs, budgets, and readiness, with a focus on prospects interested in Microsoft Cloud solutions.
  • Follow-Up & Relationship Management:
    • Effectively follow up on all incoming leads to ensure no opportunity is missed.
    • Nurture prospects through personalized communication and value-driven engagement, positioning Microsoft Cloud solutions as the optimal choice.
  • CRM Management & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of all interactions using HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
    • Generate regular reports on lead conversion, pipeline health, and sales performance to inform strategic adjustments.
  • Collaboration & Strategy:
    • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and align with overall sales objectives in the US market.
    • Provide data-driven feedback to enhance lead generation tactics and improve the efficiency of the sales funnel.
  • Appointment Setting & Sales Handover:
    • Schedule and coordinate appointments, demos, and discovery calls for account executives, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity in the sales process.
