Business Process Management Leadership

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Process Management (BPM) leader to join our team. As a BPM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business process management strategy aligned with organizational goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business process management strategy that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of business process analysts and specialists to drive performance and professional development.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and focus groups to gather requirements, elicit feedback, and document current and future-state process maps.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to design and implement process improvements and enhancements that drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Define and implement process performance metrics, benchmarks, and targets to measure progress, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain governance structures, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and accountability in business process management practices.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and materials to build process management capabilities across the organization, fostering a culture of process excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with technology teams to evaluate, select, and implement process automation tools and technologies that streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Monitor and report on key process performance indicators, trends, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and training programs, to support successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business process management, sharing insights and recommendations with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at driving business transformation, innovation, and growth.
