Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated professional to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for establishing initial contact with real estate prospects through outbound calls and generating leads in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to potential real estate leads from provided lists using your exceptional communication skills.
  • Introduce services and offerings to prospects in a clear and friendly manner.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and leads by asking qualifying questions to understand their real estate needs.
  • Document lead details and input them into our CRM system.
  • Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for the sales team.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance goals.
  • Provide valuable insights to management regarding the quality of leads and call scripts.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role is beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Familiarity with real estate or a willingness to learn about the industry.
  • Ability to work during USA business hours (night shifts in Pakistan).
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data entry.
