Admission Officer

We are seeking an Admission Officer to play a pivotal role in the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that we admit individuals who align with our institution's values and goals.

  • Job Description:
  • The Admission Officer will be responsible for student recruitment, application review, admission counseling, interviews, data management, and admission events. They will collaborate with the admissions team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, attend college fairs and conferences, review and evaluate admission applications, provide guidance and support to prospective students, conduct interviews, maintain accurate records of applicant information, and generate reports to track admission trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Previous experience in admissions or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of admission software and databases is an advantage.
