Job Title: Marketing & Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing strategies while building strong business relationships to promote institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the institution's brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other stakeholders for student recruitment and partnerships.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms and online channels.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events, seminars, and career fairs.
  • Prepare marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Achieve enrollment targets through effective business development initiatives.
  • Negotiate and close business deals with potential partners.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular progress reports.
  • Collaborate with management to align marketing strategies with institutional goals

Requirements:

  • BBA/MBA (Marketing) or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience (education sector preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing tools.
  • Proven ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Creative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
