Job Summary
  1. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, collaborating closely with various departments to drive positive change.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Benchmark industry best practices and serve as an internal expert on CSR issues.
  • Develop and implement effective CSR plans in partnership with community groups and other stakeholders.
  • Promote company activities through media outreach and stakeholder engagement.
  • Measure the success of CSR campaigns and ensure investments are socially responsible.
  • Craft engaging content and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Build relationships with senior executives and cross-functional teams to champion CSR initiatives.
  • Manage CSR reporting and data collection processes, working collaboratively with other departments.

Requirements:

  1. Prior experience in CSR or a related field, preferably with a non-profit organization or similar entity.
  2. A bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related field.
  3. Strong expertise in social and environmental responsibility, community involvement, and communications.
  4. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to influence senior management and peers.
  5. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and make public presentations.
  6. Creativity and resourcefulness in developing and executing engagement plans, communications campaigns, and community events.
