Product Management and Product Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our products and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining product strategies, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and manage the product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product features, prioritize them based on business impact, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Customer Research & Insights: Gather customer feedback through interviews, surveys, and market analysis to deeply understand user needs and pain points. Use these insights to inform product development.
  • Feature Prioritization: Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make trade-off decisions to maximize business value and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Own the product lifecycle from ideation to release, ensuring timely delivery of product features and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • KPIs & Success Metrics: Define and track product success metrics, including user engagement, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand technical concepts and collaborate closely with engineering teams. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in using data to drive decisions and measure product performance. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and features to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset, capable of making sound decisions under uncertainty.
  • Collaboration: A team player with experience working in cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales.
