This is a procurement management role that oversees the operations of our organization's Northern Region to ensure transparency, efficiency, and compliance. Reporting to the Deputy Director Procurement, this position supports the execution of procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of centralized procurement strategies that meet business needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
  • Support negotiations and contract finalizations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Promote ethical procurement practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate procurement activities to align with business goals and objectives.
  • Monitor cost-saving initiatives and sourcing opportunities to enhance business value.
  • Prepare reports for procurement performance analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Participate in vendor evaluation and feedback processes to improve procurement outcomes.
Job Requirements
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field from a recognized university.
  • At least 3 years of relevant procurement or supply chain management experience.
  • Experience in public or project-based procurement is a plus.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in SAP (preferably SAP MM & FIN module) and MS Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to build effective relationships.
  • Solid understanding of financial and risk management principles to inform business decisions.
