Technical Business Analyst

">About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with over 4 years of experience to work on digital platforms, specializing in web and mobile applications. This role requires the ability to be onsite for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for web and app projects.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA to ensure project alignment.
  • Developing technical and functional documentation such as SRS (Software Requirements Specifications) and FSDs (Functional Specification Documents).
  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand needs, manage expectations, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Translating business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Supporting UAT and ensuring solutions meet business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital/web/app environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of working effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience with working with JIRA
