Position: Digital Marketing Expert

Location: I-8 Markaz Islamabad

Salary Range: 200,000

Experience: 8–10 Years

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Expert to develop, implement, and manage online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and results-driven with a deep understanding of digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
  • Oversee social media accounts and create engaging content to boost online presence.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor and report performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  • Optimize ROI by managing ad budgets, bidding strategies, and A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent branding.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (8–10 years) in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and email campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Creative mindset with strong communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint.
  • Experience in e-commerce campaigns.
  • Knowledge of content marketing and influencer collaborations.
