Coffee Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Coffee Specialist to join our team.

1. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to strict standards.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations.
3. Operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
4. Maintain the cleanliness of the store, including tables, counters, and equipment.
5. Prepare food items such as sandwiches, pastries, and snacks.
6. Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
7. Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
8. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.

1. Previous experience as a Coffee Specialist or in a related field is highly desirable but not essential.
2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
3. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
5. Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
