Job Opportunity: Seasonal Coffee Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic seasonal coffee specialist to join our team abroad. As a seasonal coffee specialist, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee and tea beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee and tea beverages according to industry standards.
  2. Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations.
  3. Cash Handling: Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
  4. Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of the store, including tables, counters, and equipment.
  5. Food Preparation: Prepare food items such as sandwiches, pastries, and snacks.
  6. Health and Safety: Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  7. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
  8. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.

Requirements:
  1. Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in the food industry is preferred but not required.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  3. Math Skills: Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
  4. Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  5. Availability: Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
