About the role:

  • Design and build secure, scalable, multi-tier cloud infrastructure on platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP, aligning them with business objectives.
  • Create and manage cloud solution infrastructures using IAC tools like Terraform, PowerShell, ARM scripts, and automate provisioning and deployment processes with CI/CD solutions like Azure DevOps.
  • Develop fully automated CI/CD pipelines, improve existing DevOps processes according to latest technologies and project requirements.
  • Implement and maintain robust security practices, including access controls, encryption, and compliance with industry standards and best practices for cloud solutions.
  • Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and services, providing root cause analysis and preventive measures.
  • Advise pre-sales & technical teams on best practice architectures for cloud solutions, participating in proof-of-concepts, making solution demonstrations, and preparing consumption estimates for proposed cloud solution architectures.
  • Mentor and lead team members and customers to be proficient in delivering cloud-based solutions.
  • Identify, develop, and drive programs to establish new technical practices and explore cutting-edge technologies.
  • Document and share designs, technical best practices/insights with internal teams.
  • Stay updated with technology trends and competitive insights on cloud and on-prem technologies.
  • This position requires occasional travel abroad (up to 30%).

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant working experience in Microsoft Technologies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience.
  • Experience in building scalable, multi-tier, and data-intensive systems.
  • Experience in at least one of the following cloud platforms is required, preferably Microsoft Azure.
