Visual Brand Strategist

We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Visual Brand Strategist to develop compelling visuals that embody our brand identity and captivate our target audience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating unique and on-brand graphics across various platforms and products—ranging from apparel designs to promotional materials. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive look and feel that resonates with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Original Artwork: Create original artwork, typography, and patterns for T-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel items.
  • Collaborate with Product Teams: Work with product teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain Visual Language: Maintain and evolve the visual language of our clothing line, ensuring consistency across all media.
  • Create Style Guides: Develop and update style guides, color palettes, and graphic elements that reflect current fashion trends.
  • Design Engaging Visuals: Design engaging visuals for social media campaigns, email marketing, and website banners.
  • Produce Print-Ready Files: Produce print-ready files for lookbooks, posters, and packaging collateral.
Required Skills:
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Print Production Processes: Familiarity with print production processes (screen printing, sublimation, embroidery).
  • Color Theory: Solid understanding of color theory, especially for screen printing and embroidery.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Time Management: Ability to balance creativity with time management and project constraints.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Portfolio: Strong online or PDF portfolio showcasing a range of designs (apparel, branding, promotional materials).
  • Fashion Trends: Familiarity with current design trends, especially within the fashion or retail sector.
Job Experience:
  • Graphic Design Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Fashion Industry: Demonstrated success in fashion/apparel design, or a closely related consumer-facing industry.
