Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective solutions to diverse customer queries through written communication.
- Deliver a personalized customer experience that meets performance objectives and maintains core values.
- Maintain swift responses to customers via email and/or chat.
- Document each customer query and resulting solution.
- Offer alternative products or services not available on our e-commerce website.
- O Levels/Matriculation or above.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- 40 WPM typing speed.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
