Overview

We are looking for exceptional individuals who can make a meaningful impact in the world of customer experience with their creative approach and passion for delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide timely and effective solutions to diverse customer queries through written communication.
  2. Deliver a personalized customer experience that meets performance objectives and maintains core values.
  3. Maintain swift responses to customers via email and/or chat.
  4. Document each customer query and resulting solution.
  5. Offer alternative products or services not available on our e-commerce website.
Requirements
  1. O Levels/Matriculation or above.
  2. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  3. 40 WPM typing speed.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.

Salary Information

The salary for this position is up to Rs. 90,000 per month, offering competitive compensation for hardworking and dedicated professionals who deliver exceptional results.
