The Commercial, Outpatient Services team is a pivotal component of Doctor Anywhere. As a dynamic and driven group, we lead business development and strategic partnership initiatives to foster collaborations with corporate organisations, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. Our goal is to deliver innovative solutions that enhance accessibility and efficiency in healthcare services for our clients and the broader community.
We are seeking a Director of Business Partnerships who will play a key role in driving these initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development and partnerships, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This position reports directly to the Head of Commercial, Outpatient Services and is based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and execution of business development and strategic partnership initiatives.
- Builddynamic partnerships with corporate organisations, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and resolve client challenges.
- Define and execute 1-2-year strategic account plans, aligning with organisational goals and client needs.
- Ensure high-quality, client-centric communication at all touchpoints and resolve escalations promptly.
- Negotiate and prepare contract renewals and documentation to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
