Freelance Bidder - Project Acquisitions Specialist

Axxemo Technology Private Limited is a provider of IT services and is at the forefront in UI/UX Design, Web Development, Mobile App Development, Software Development, and Digital Marketing.

Job Description:

As a Freelance Bidder, find suitable projects, prepare proposals of excellent quality and bid on projects that reflect the capabilities of our company. You will collaborate with our management team to ensure that we represent our services before prospective clients in an efficient way.

Responsibilities
  1. Research and explore new project opportunities within the freelance sites (for example, Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr and bidding websites).
  2. Prepare well-articulated and tailored proposals to the client's needs.
  3. Understand what our services are to ensure accuracy and competitiveness of bids.
  4. Clearly communicate with prospects in getting their needs so that we can position our services.
  5. Collaborate with the team in getting the best project estimates and deliverables.
  6. Track outcomes and progress of a project and adjust this in the strategy in presenting the bids.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience of freelancing and project bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr.
  2. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  3. Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
  4. Flexibility in working and meeting deadlines alone.
  5. Knowledge of IT services that include web design, development and digital marketing (bonus).
  6. The ability to collaborate with the project managers and designers in aligning bids with what the company offers.
