Job Description:

This role is focused on accelerating growth and unlocking the full potential of the business unit in Pakistan, leveraging the company's reputation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of corporate affairs and communications experience, with a strong network of media contacts and experience in corporate communications and government relations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead local delivery of the Ice Cream C&CA strategy in Pakistan, in support of the global C&CA strategy.
  • Leverage the company's reputation in the country and protect it externally, in support of Unilever's corporate reputation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the government, community, key stakeholders, media, and public interest groups.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze public opinion and public policy to anticipate potential impacts on the organization.
  • Lead issues management for Ice Cream in the country.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams on 360° communications & engagement.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in issues management, advocacy programs, and execution.
  • Digital and technology savvy.
  • Agile and organized, balancing long-term strategic planning and short-term changing priorities.
