Job Description
As a Lead Generation Executive at VectorCoder, you will play a crucial role in securing international and local projects. Your key responsibilities will include competing for projects on online platforms, analyzing client needs, proposing tailored solutions, and coordinating with suitable freelancers or teams to deliver accurate quotes. You will also develop compelling proposals and RFP responses to win deals on behalf of the company or freelancer, interact with clients to understand technical requirements, and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential, as well as good knowledge of IT services and experience in sales and marketing. Strong interpersonal skills for account handling and relationship building, proactive and convincing abilities, and a welcome attitude towards IT teachers and fresh graduates with Computer Science degrees are highly valued. We can provide training for online bidding.
