Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to support our product and project development initiatives. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can assist in managing projects, ensuring smooth team coordination, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams for timely and quality software delivery.

You will support the end-to-end project life-cycle—from gathering client requirements and organizing development sprints to tracking progress, coordinating meetings, and maintaining documentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Gather and analyze client requirements to create detailed functional and technical specifications.
  2. Help translate business needs into structured project plans, user stories, and actionable tasks.
  3. Support the definition and maintenance of product backlogs; assist in prioritizing features based on value and feasibility.
  4. Coordinate project planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos to ensure proper documentation.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, Sales, Marketing) to ensure task alignment.
  6. Facilitate code reviews and track feedback to uphold quality, performance, and security standards.
  7. Maintain clear communication and documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Utilize tools like Jira, Asana, ClickUp, MS Project, MS Planner for task tracking, reporting, and documentation.
  9. Track project timelines and milestones, identifying and escalating blockers proactively.
  10. Assist in aligning product enhancements with market needs and internal feedback.
  11. Monitor project progress and help improve delivery processes through regular follow-up.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role (Technical Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, Associate Project Manager).
  • Solid understanding of software development processes, especially with .NET Core, .NET WebForms, and Angular.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Experience supporting backlog grooming, sprint tracking, and cross-functional team coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools: Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, MS Project, MS Planner.
  • Familiarity with design and collaboration tools such as InVision and Figma.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
