Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet client requirements and expectations.

This includes managing multiple tasks and deadlines, communicating effectively with clients and the project team, and maintaining accurate records of project progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run Marketing Projects: Guide projects from the first idea to the final result, including social media posts, online ad campaigns, and website content.
  • Use Project Management Tools: Update project tools daily to ensure the project team knows what needs to be done and when it's due.
  • Talk to Clients: Provide regular updates to clients, answer their questions, and ensure we understand their needs.
  • Support the Team: Work closely with designers, writers, and ad specialists to help them solve problems and do their best work.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a role like this, preferably in digital marketing or creative agencies.
  • Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and other relevant software.
  • Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide updates, and work as part of a team.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of social media, online ads, and SEO principles.
