Job Description:

We seek a highly motivated and organized individual who can collect, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable projects. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality results on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical analysis and support
  • Gather and document business requirements, transforming them into technical specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design detailed project plans, ensuring timely deliverables
  • Develop and execute system testing, verifying that original requirements are met and constraints are adhered to
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and adjusting to changing priorities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Self-motivated with broad business experience and excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify process problems, and assess defects and delays
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to balance multiple projects
  • Experience with MS Office, SharePoint, and system administration
  • Possess high energy levels, be passionate about customers' needs, and demonstrate adaptability to changes
