Key Responsibilities:

  3. Performance Metrics Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
  4. Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in social media marketing to continually enhance our online presence.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business objectives and campaigns.
  6. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and respond to inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the consumer services industry.
  2. Proven Track Record: Proven track record in developing successful social media strategies and campaigns.
  3. Platform Understanding: In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  4. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.
