Production Manager Position

This is a challenging role where you will oversee the shift operation of a PET line, ensuring efficient and high-quality production processes.

Main responsibilities include:

  1. Distributing daily work among operators to meet production planning requirements.
  2. Ensuring adherence to machine, process, and quality assurance work instructions for quality and efficient production.
  3. Managing product changes according to established procedures.
  4. Performing daily, monthly, and yearly maintenance of production lines, troubleshooting breakdowns, and recording actions as per procedures.
  5. Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the work area in accordance with GMP and 6S rules.
  6. Participating in internal audits and GMP practices, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are taken.
  7. Ensuring waste is properly separated at source and disposed of accordingly.
  8. Recording failure/stop records of machinery and equipment in SAP, reporting nonconformities, and implementing corrective actions.
  9. Preparing raw material and auxiliary material demands.
  10. Ensuring proper use of SAP, TREX, and pallet barcode systems.
  11. Supporting and monitoring the development of operators.
  12. Tracking operators' annual leave and overtime.
  13. Ensuring timely maintenance of machines to improve LE and yield.
  14. Working on improving EUR and WUR at the line.
Required Education:

An Associate Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering is required.
