School Guidance Counsellor Position

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to start your career as a guidance counsellor in a dynamic environment. As a school guidance counsellor, you will be responsible for providing individualized support and career guidance to students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting Career Guidance Sessions: You will conduct one-on-one sessions with students to identify their strengths, interests, and goals, and help them develop a plan to achieve their aspirations.
  • Administrative Support: You will assist with various administrative tasks such as maintaining student records, preparing reports, and performing other related duties as required.
  • Communication and Organisation: Good communication and organisational skills are essential for this role, as you will need to interact with students, parents, and teachers on a regular basis.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong ability to build rapport with students and staff, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, basic computer skills are desirable.
