We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Freelance Telesales Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone and promoting our products/services.

Job Description

The primary goal is to successfully engage with customers, convey product information and close sales deals. This involves developing strong communication skills, active listening abilities and effective negotiation tactics.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Excellent Communication: The ability to clearly and persuasively convey product information to customers.
  2. Active Listening: A keen understanding of customer needs, concerns and objections to respond appropriately.
  3. Sales and Negotiation: Strong skills in pitching products/services, handling objections and closing sales deals.
  4. Customer Service: Friendly, patient and empathetic approach to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  5. Self-Motivation: High level of drive and initiative to meet or exceed sales targets independently.
  6. Time Management: Efficiently managing time to handle multiple calls, follow-ups and sales tasks within set deadlines.
  7. Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to address customer concerns and find solutions that satisfy both the client and the company.
  8. Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and understand the features, benefits and unique selling points of the products/services.
  9. Adaptability: Flexibility to handle different types of customers and scenarios.
  10. Computer Skills: Familiarity with CRM software, spreadsheets and other sales tools for tracking calls, leads and sales.
  11. Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude to continue making calls.
