Audit Executive Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Audit Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in various areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock Auditing: Supervise physical stock counting on a routine basis, ensuring that all inventory is accurately counted and recorded.
  • Team Oversight: Maintain oversight of the stock audit team's performance, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure their success.
  • Credit Verification: Verify all receivables and credit transactions, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Purchase Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving purchase issues and expenses, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Review and settle bank reconciliations and credit bills, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to warehouse compliance and standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintaining a high level of quality and integrity in all aspects of the job.
