Job Title: Lead Visual Designer

We are seeking a talented Lead Visual Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing the visual aspects of our products.

The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases their ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  1. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
  2. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
  3. Introduce elegant UX patterns that impact the experience across the entire product.
  4. Continuously build a deep knowledge of our users' goals and problems.
  5. Design graphic user interface elements, build page navigation buttons, and search fields.
  6. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
  7. Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
  8. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness) and conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
  9. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum Bachelors degree with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
  2. A portfolio of professional visual design work for web and mobile platforms.
  3. Proven work experience as a Visual Designer or similar role.
  4. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and expertise in visual design tools.
  5. A team player but can work independently too.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
