Role Overview

We're hiring a Lead Generator
to help us find and connect with businesses that could benefit from our services. Your job is to research, identify, and reach out to potential clients, qualify their interest, and hand over strong leads to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients in target industries and markets
  • Build prospect lists and maintain organized records
  • Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, or other professional channels
  • Write personalized messages that spark conversations
  • Qualify leads and book calls for our team
  • Report progress and results regularly

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation (service-based businesses preferred)
  • Strong written English and communication skills
  • Ability to explain your process of finding and qualifying leads
  • Organized and target-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working evenings (Pakistan time) to overlap with U.S. business hours
  • Reliable internet and personal laptop
