Job Summary: We are seeking a Lead Generation Executive to oversee online bidding, business and revenue generation, requirements analysis, proposal writing, and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities- Online Bidding: Place bids on various platforms, including Upwork and Freelancer.
- Bid Effectiveness: Generate new business opportunities through effective bidding strategies.
- Requirements Analysis: Identify client needs, propose suitable solutions, and coordinate with freelancers or teams.
- Proposal Writing: Craft compelling proposals and RFP responses to secure deals.
- Clients Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide accurate quotes.
- Competitor Tracking: Monitor competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and meeting deadlines.
- Project Identification: Identify new project opportunities and communicate them to existing and potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
- IT Knowledge: Good knowledge of IT services and experience in sales and marketing is necessary.
- Interpersonal Skills: Possess good interpersonal skills for account handling and relationship building.
- Convincing Skills: Be proactive and have excellent convincing skills to close deals.
- Educational Background: IT teachers and fresh graduates with Computer Science degrees are welcome to apply.
