
Lead Generation Executive

BS/MS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or similar relevant field.

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive for getting international projects and local projects. Please check below job requirements and responsibilities.
Job Specification- Online bidding mainly through Upwork, Freelancer, and other bidding websites.
- Business and revenue generation: Bid effectively to generate new business, branding, and contacts generation.
- Requirements analysis: Identifying client requirements, proposing appropriate solutions. Must be able to coordinate and share information with the suitable freelancer or team of the company to deliver accurate quotes.
- Proposal writing: Writing proposals, RFP responses for prospects, finalizing deals on behalf of the company/freelancer.
- Interact with clients to understand their technical requirements.
- Track and analyze competitor activities.
- Assuring client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding delivery and service quality norms.
- Putting bids in online marketplaces for projects on a daily basis.
- Dealing with international clients.
- Identifying new leads.
- Handling technical queries of clients and taking decisions on the basis of client communication.
- Communicate new project opportunities to existing & potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a must.
- Good knowledge of IT services and experience in sales and marketing is a must.
- Should possess good interpersonal skills for account handling and relationship building.
- Should be proactive and have excellent convincing skills.
- IT teachers & fresh graduates (Computer Science degrees) are welcome to apply. We can provide quick training for online bidding.
