About the Position:
We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to manage our finances, create invoices, and oversee client accounts.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Process, bill, and manage client accounts.
- Generate and send invoices to clients.
- Follow up with clients on necessary paperwork.
- Verify numerical accuracy.
- Work on payroll rates, actual hours, calculate errors, identify, and fix underpayment or overpayment, and generate payroll forecasting.
- Assist in maintaining records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of organizational processes.
- Ensure timely communication with clients regarding outstanding timesheets and deadlines.
- Fresh Graduates/Bachelors in Accounting or Finance.
