The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire procurement lifecycle, from requisition to contract award. They will work closely with user departments to ensure that all procurement activities are carried out in accordance with PPRA & SSGC Rules & Regulations.

In addition, the Procurement Manager will supervise the preparation of contracts, ensure their timely execution, and manage the enlistment of suppliers in Oracle ERP. They will also create purchase requisitions and prioritize and assign cases to subordinates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the entire procurement lifecycle
  • Working closely with user departments to ensure compliance with PPRA & SSGC Rules & Regulations
  • Supervising the preparation of contracts and their timely execution
  • Managing the enlistment of suppliers in Oracle ERP
  • Creating purchase requisitions
  • Prioritizing and assigning cases to subordinates

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess an MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, with at least 4 years of relevant experience in government or semi-government organizations. Strong knowledge of PPRA Rules and Government Policies/SROs is essential.
