Job Title: Assistant Manager E-Commerce

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the management of e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless workflow.
  2. Support media buying efforts to drive customer acquisition, optimize advertising strategies, and track ROI for digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  3. Support data analysis, reporting, and insights to guide e-commerce strategies, making recommendations based on performance metrics and trends.
  4. Act as a liaison between departments (e-commerce, marketing & design, customer support) to ensure alignment of goals, initiatives, and communication.
  5. Address operational challenges and resolve issues efficiently by collaborating with relevant teams.
Requirements:
  1. Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and media buying practices.
  2. Proficiency in Google Analytics, MS Office, E-Commerce platforms, and data analysis tools.
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a data-driven approach.
  4. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
