Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Ecommerce Operations Manager. Daily responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the ecommerce platform, managing inventory levels, fulfilling orders, coordinating with suppliers, analyzing sales data, and managing customer service issues. Additionally, the role involves implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end strategies as directed.
  • Keep the website updated regularly and ensure all changes align with the brand's direction.
  • Align website and social media content according to the agreed promotional/content calendar.
  • Generate daily sales reports.
  • Analyze return rates and provide actionable insights to reduce them.
  • Ensure timely payment collection from customers and vendors.
  • Follow up with vendors for receivables and payables.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Suggest data driven insights to improve sales and minimize loss or leakage.
  • Share a concise end-of-day summary with the managing head.
  • Prepare and submit monthly performance reports.
