Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and enhance our online presence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing social media accounts for businesses or brands, with a strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. You will be responsible for creating and curating engaging content, analyzing data and metrics to track performance, and optimizing strategies for maximum impact.

In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns. You will also participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for social media content and campaigns.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a plus, as is graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and leverage new features and tools to enhance our presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
