Network Technicians play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical systems and equipment.

Responsibilities include conducting routine inspections and troubleshooting, assisting engineers and technicians, and coordinating with other departments to minimize downtime.

Key responsibilities include providing technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and peripherals, monitoring and troubleshooting network performance issues, managing user accounts, permissions, and security policies, and maintaining documentation and generating reports.

  • Technical Support: Provide assistance with hardware, software, and network-related problems.
  • IT System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and peripherals.
  • Network Performance: Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues.
  • User Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation and generate reports.
