Key Responsibilities
  • Sampling of trims for new orders in consultation with the SSC manager
  • Development of accessory standards in collaboration with the marketing department
  • Procurement of quotations for new items and finalization of rates with the SSC manager
  • Issuance of purchase orders against required quantities and transmission to vendors
  • Follow-up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ordered materials
  • Quality control of received materials through inspection and approval of Goods Received Notes (GRNs)
  • Maintenance of purchase order clearance status
