Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) System Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled PLM System Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our product development process, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality product specifications, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and other critical product data.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all product records meet commercialization and certification requirements. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Product Development, Merchandise Planning, Compliance, Quality, Sourcing, and 3PL teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain Parent-level specs, purchasing SKUs, BOMs, and key attributes in the PLM system
  • Track revisions with full versioning logic across NPD, compliance upgrades, and sustaining changes
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Uphold global data standards and field-level validation rules; audit for missing, stale, or duplicated entries
  • Support seasonal update cycles, spec finalization, and sample-triggered lock dates
Cross-Functional Support:
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Merchandise Planning, Compliance, Quality, Sourcing, and 3PL teams to ensure all product records meet commercialization and certification requirements
  • Join milestone and handoff meetings to capture change requests and align dependencies
System Admin & Training:
  • Act as the Asia-based Super User: handle tickets, train new users, document workflows, and test enhancements
  • Partner with U.S. team on roadmap feedback, field structure upgrades, and audit history improvements

This is a fully remote position with opportunities for growth and professional development.

You will have exposure to NPD, sourcing strategy, tariff-mitigation workstreams, and global cost-saving initiatives. Additionally, you will own foundational data architecture for new sales channel rollout, packaging design, and compliance dashboards.
