Key Qualifications
  1. Lead Conversion Experience: Proven experience in lead conversion or sales, with a focus on remote communication platforms such as WhatsApp.
  2. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts concisely and persuasively, along with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
  3. Adaptability and Quick Thinking: Ability to think quickly and adapt to different lead personas and scenarios, with a knack for identifying and capitalizing on conversion opportunities.
  4. CRM Proficiency and Virtual Communication: Proficiency in using CRM tools and virtual communication platforms, including WhatsApp.
  5. Familiarity with Electric Mobility: Familiarity with electric mobility or automotive products is preferred but not mandatory.
  6. Collaborative and Independent Work Style: Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the sales team.
