About this role
We're seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you'll be responsible for managing all financial activity across departments, preparing accurate reports, and analyzing performance data.
As a finance leader, you'll oversee revenue tracking, payroll management, expenses, refunds, vendor payments, and ad spend. You'll also prepare weekly and monthly profit-loss reports with deep visibility by department and brand.
In this hands-on finance leadership role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational inefficiencies. You'll maintain and update financial dashboards, forecasts, and budgets, as well as coordinate with external CPAs and tax advisors.
Responsibilities:- Manage all financial tracking: revenue, payroll, expenses, refunds, vendor payments, and ad spend.
- Prepare weekly and monthly P&L reports with deep visibility by department and brand.
- Analyze ROAS, cost per order, profitability per source, and labor efficiency.
- Work closely with the CEO to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational inefficiencies.
- Maintain and update financial dashboards, forecasts, and budgets.
- Coordinate with the external CPA and tax advisors.
- Review and process payment requests and expense reimbursements.
- Ensure proper financial documentation, categorization, and reconciliation.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in a Finance Manager or Controller role.
- Strong experience with QuickBooks Online and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiar with multi-brand or multi-departmental financial reporting.
- Experience working with US-based companies is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English.
