- Performance Metrics:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to adjust strategies as needed
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client interactions in the CRM system
- Reporting:

- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Experience in industry-specific areas
