This role requires a seasoned leader who can develop and implement effective strategies to drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership and experience in leading high-performing teams.

  2. Leading High-Performing Teams: Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration by leading and developing a high-performing team.
  3. Maintaining Industry Standards: Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Operational Excellence

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including project management, budgeting, and resource allocation. This includes:

  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate decision-making.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources to meet business needs and achieve organizational objectives.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in road construction, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in technical aspects of road construction, including design, planning, and execution.
  • Familiarity with construction-related statutory requirements and regulations.
