We're seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Business Development Specialist. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and effectively communicating our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the UK and US markets.
  2. Client Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  3. Service Promotion: Effectively communicate our digital marketing services and craft solutions based on client needs.
  4. Account Management: Close sales and exceed monthly targets while maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
Requirements:
  1. Industry Expertise: Experience in selling Marketing and IT services, especially in the US / UK market.
  2. Technical Skills: Strong background in lead generation tools/software and familiarity with IT, software development, UX/UI, and QA terminologies.
  3. Closure Skills: Proven ability to close deals and meet/exceed sales targets.
  4. Linguistic Proficiency: Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  5. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
